National Debt Consultant Compliance Certification

MSTARS has been the leader in compliance and consultant training for years. Working closely with industry trade associations, leading attorneys in the space and relying on information from state and federal regulators, MSTARS has created the new benchmark for compliance certification. Many leading firms, despite their in-house training protocols, have been subject to federal lawsuits based on violations of section 5 of the FTC act. 

MSTARS realizes the deficit in training resources and has strived to deliver outstanding training curriculum in the most streamlined fashion possible. In an effort to ensure that the results match the service offerings, we have developed and deployed the most effective compliance certification available in the US and abroad. Our NDCC Certification program will ensure that the front-line agents are not only taught proper consulting protocols, but that their education can be deployed on the ground level. Once an agent has completed the training program (17 hours), they will be rigorously tested through our automated testing system.

ALL agents MUST complete the testing with 100% accuracy. Agents that pass this gauntlet may apply for the NDCC Certification. Once the agent has submitted their application, test results and a written recommendation, they will be scheduled for a random compliance audit by one of our MSTARS Compliance Auditors. A completely random consumer call will be placed to the agent through one of the company's marketing channels. The presentation will be recorded and assessed "real-time" for compliance to ALL state and federal laws regarding the consultation. If the agent misrepresents any material aspect of the program, the agent will fail the audit and must re-apply. A passing audit will allow them the NDCC Certification and their inclusion into the SAFTI program through their participating firm. All passing audit recordings will be stored in a secured system for state and federal oversight.

How it works:

  • Agents complete roughly 17 hours of training modules.
  • Agents take a series of online tests and must recieve 100% accuracy.
  • Agents apply for certification
  • Agents are audited for compliance and must pass.
  • Agents recieve NDCC Certification and may participate in the SAFTI Program.
